Section 644A.935 - Unlawful advertising relating to education, licensing, registration or practice of cosmetology or threadingWith regard to advertising relating to the education, licensing, registration or practice of cosmetology or threading:
1. It is unlawful to advertise in any manner that is misleading or inaccurate with respect to any services relating to the practice of cosmetology offered by a licensee, registrant or other natural person.2.
