Section 644A.920 - Styling of hairpieces: Restrictions1. Any establishment in which hairpieces are sold may set or style a new hairpiece on a person in preparation for retail sale. After the sale, the hairpiece may only be set or styled by a licensed cosmetologist or hair designer.2. A used hairpiece must be cleaned by a licensed cosmetologist or hair designer before being sold or tried on a customer.3.
