Section 643.1713 - License for new barbershop: Inspection; issuance of temporary and regular licenses1. An applicant for a license to operate a new barbershop shall submit an application and an inspection fee to the Secretary of the Board.2. A member of the Board shall then, within 6 days, inspect such shop and issue a temporary license to the applicant which is valid for 20 days if such applicant complies with the applicable provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted by the Board.3.
