Section 642.040 - Officers; duties of Secretary1. The members of the Board shall have the power to select from their number a Chair, a Secretary and a Treasurer.2. The Secretary shall keep:(a) A record of all the meetings of the Board.(b) A register of the names, residence addresses and business addresses of all persons duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter, and the numbers and dates of licenses.
