Section 642.367 - Direct cremation facilities: Permit required for operation; separate permit required for each facility1. The owner of a direct cremation facility located in this State shall not operate or allow another person to operate the facility unless the owner holds a valid permit issued by the Board to operate the direct cremation facility.2.
