Section 641.314 - Temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction pending disciplinary proceedings Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS:
1. Pending disciplinary proceedings before the Board, a panel of its members or a hearing officer, the court may, upon application by the Board or the Attorney General, issue a temporary restraining order or a preliminary injunction to enjoin any unprofessional conduct of a psychologist, psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee which is harmful to the public, to limit the psychologist's, psychological assistant's, psychological intern's or psychological trainee's practice or to suspend the license to practice psychology or registration to practice as a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee, without proof of actual damage sustained by any person, this provision being a preventive as well as a punitive measure.2.
