Section 640E.240 - Fees; regulations1. The Board shall adopt regulations establishing reasonable fees for: (a) The issuance of a license;(b) The issuance of a provisional license;(c) The issuance of a temporary license;(d) The renewal of a license; (e) The reinstatement of a license which has been suspended or revoked; and(f) Changing the name on a license.2.
