Section 640E.170 - Practice of dietetics without license while under supervision of licensed dietitian; limitation1. A person who is eligible to take, but has not successfully completed, the Registration Examination for Dietitians administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, or its successor organization, may engage in the practice of dietetics under the direct supervision of a licensed dietitian who is professionally and legally responsible for the applicant's performance.2.
