Section 640.092 - Qualifications of applicant for licensure as physical therapist assistant

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640.145 and 640.146, to be eligible for licensing by the Board as a physical therapist assistant, an applicant must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Be of good moral character.
3. Have completed a program of professional education approved by the Board for a physical therapist assistant.
4. Pass an examination designated by the Board or be entitled to licensing without examination as provided in 640.120.
