Section 640.310 - Supervision by physical therapist while performing activities related to physical therapy; regulations

The Board shall adopt regulations prescribing the activities that a physical therapist technician may perform only under the immediate supervision of a physical therapist. A physical therapist shall provide immediate supervision of a physical therapist technician while the technician performs any such activity.
