Section 639.040 - Election of President and Treasurer; qualifications, employment, duties and compensation of Executive Secretary1. The Board shall elect a President and a Treasurer from among its members.2. The Board shall employ an Executive Secretary, who is not a member of the Board. The Executive Secretary must have experience as a licensed pharmacist in this State or in another state with comparable licensing requirements.
