Section 639.2596 - Board required to maintain link on Internet website to certain list of licensed biological products

The Board shall maintain a link on its Internet website to the Purple Book: Lists of Licensed Biological Products with Reference Product Exclusivity and Biosimilarity or Interchangeability Evaluations, published by the Food and Drug Administration.
