Section 639.300 - Recovery of penalties; conduct of actions and prosecutions by district attorney1. The several penalties prescribed in this chapter may be recovered in any court having jurisdictions, by a civil action instituted by the Board, in the name of the State of Nevada, or by criminal prosecution upon complaint being made.2.
