Section 637B.080 - Applicability of chapter The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any person who:
1. Holds a current credential issued by the Department of Education pursuant to chapter 391 of NRS and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto and engages in the practice of audiology or speech-language pathology within the scope of that credential;2. Is employed by the Federal Government and engages in the practice of audiology or speech-language pathology within the scope of that employment;3. Is a student enrolled in a program or school approved by the Board, is pursuing a degree in audiology or speech-language pathology and is clearly designated to the public as a student; or4.
