Section 632.072 - Advisory Committee on Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides: Creation; appointment; duties1. The Advisory Committee on Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides, consisting of 11 members appointed by the Board, is hereby created.2. The Board shall appoint to the Advisory Committee:(a) One representative of facilities for long-term care;(b) One representative of medical facilities which provide acute care;(c) One representative of agencies to provide nursing in the home;(d) One representative of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services;(e) One representative of the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy of the Department of Health and Human Services;(f) One representative of the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services;(g) One representative of the American Association of Retired Persons or a similar organization;(j) A licensed practical nurse; and(k) A medication aide - certified.3.
