Section 632.4725 - Employer of licensee, nursing assistant or medication aide - certified required to prepare and maintain record of work assignments

Each employer of a licensee, nursing assistant or medication aide - certified shall prepare and maintain, for at least 5 years, a record of the work assignments of each licensee, nursing assistant or medication aide - certified.
