Section 632.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Applicability; "healing art" defined]1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 632.472, this chapter does not apply to any person permitted to practice any other healing art under this title who does so within the scope of that authority.2. As used in this section, "healing art" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 630.0122.Added by 2023, Ch. 229,§2.2, eff. 6/7/2023, app. to any conduct that occurred before, on or after 6/7/2023 and has not been the subject of a final order of a regulatory body.
