Section 630A.570 - Injunctive relief against person practicing without license or certificate: Generally1. The Board through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person or persons practicing homeopathic medicine without a license or practicing as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy or as a homeopathic assistant without the appropriate certificate.2.
