Section 630A.030 - "Gross malpractice" defined "Gross malpractice" means malpractice where the failure to exercise the requisite degree of care, diligence or skill consists of:
1. Ministering to a patient while the homeopathic physician, advanced practitioner of homeopathy or homeopathic assistant is under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance.3. Willful disregard of homeopathic medical procedures.4.
