Section 630.2677 - Renewal of license as physician assistant: Requirements for application for simultaneous license to practice as physician assistant issued by State Board of Osteopathic Medicine; fees A person applying to renew a license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS must:
1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS; 2. Apply: (a) To renew a license to practice as a physician assistant to the Board pursuant to this chapter; and(b) For a license to practice as a physician assistant to the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation: (a) The fee for biennial simultaneous registration of a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268; and(b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501.Added to NRS by 2021, 756, effective January 1, 2022Added by 2021, Ch. 171,§7, eff. 1/1/2022.
