Section 630.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] ["Assist in the practice of medicine" defined]

"Assist in the practice of medicine" means an anesthesiologist assistant personally performs the duties assigned to the anesthesiologist assistant by and under the supervision of a supervising anesthesiologist.
