Section 628.045 - Qualifications of members1. The Governor shall appoint to the Board:(a) Six members who are certified public accountants in the State of Nevada of whom: (1) One member must be employed by the government or by private industry; and(2) Five members must be engaged in the practice of public accounting.(b) One member who represents the public. This member must not be:(1) A certified public accountant or a public accountant; or(2) The spouse or the parent or child, by blood, marriage or adoption, of a certified public accountant or a public accountant.2.
