Section 622.213 - Contingency fee contract between regulatory body and attorney prohibited1. Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 228.111 to 228.1118, inclusive, and any other provision of law, a regulatory body shall not employ, retain or otherwise contract with an attorney or law firm pursuant to a contingent fee contract.2.
