Section 618.932 - Notice of intent to suspend or revoke license; hearing1. If the Division intends to suspend or revoke a person's license, the Division shall first notify the person by certified mail. The notice must contain a statement of the Division's legal authority, jurisdiction and reasons for the proposed action.2. A person is entitled to a hearing to contest the proposed suspension or revocation of the person's license. A request for such a hearing must be made pursuant to regulations adopted by the Division.3.
