Section 616A.360 - "Vocational rehabilitation services" defined

"Vocational rehabilitation services" means any goods or services necessary to prepare an individual with a disability to engage in competitive integrated employment, as defined in 29 U.S.C. § 705, or to determine the rehabilitation potential of the individual.
