Section 612.405 - Extended benefits payable under Interstate Benefit Payment Plan1. Except as provided in subsection 2, a person is not eligible for extended benefits for any week in which: (a) Extended benefits are payable pursuant to a claim filed under the Interstate Benefit Payment Plan; and(b) An extended benefit period is not in effect.2.
