Section 612.310 - Employment Security Council: Duties1. The Employment Security Council shall act as an advisory council to the Administrator to:(a) Reduce and prevent unemployment;(b) Encourage and assist in the adoption of practical methods of vocational training, retraining and vocational guidance; and(c) Promote the reemployment of unemployed workers throughout the State in every other way that may be feasible.2.
