Section 612.215 - Administrator: Appointment; classification; administrative authority; other employment prohibited; exception1. The Division is administered by a full-time salaried Administrator, who is appointed by the Director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation and who serves at the pleasure of the Director.2.
