Section 611.250 - Refunding of fee paid by applicant1. If the applicant paying a fee fails to obtain employment, without fault refuses to accept employment, or is employed and the employment lasts less than 7 days, the employment agency shall repay the amount of the fee to the applicant.2. A refund must be made to an applicant for employment, if the fee was paid: (a) In cash, within 72 hours;(b) By a check drawn on a bank located in this State, within 14 days; or(c) By a check drawn on a bank located in another state, within 30 days, after the applicant requests the refund.
