Section 611.170 - Records: Inspection by Labor Commissioner; furnishing copy1. The premises of a licensed employment agency and all the records kept by the licensee pursuant to NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive, must be made available at all reasonable hours for inspection by the Labor Commissioner.2.
