Section 611.050 - Grounds for denial, suspension and revocation of license1. The Labor Commissioner, upon reasonable notice and opportunity for a licensed employment agency to be heard, may deny, suspend or revoke its license after finding that it has failed to comply with any provision of NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive.2.
