Section 604D.240 - [Effective through 12/31/2029] License remains effective until expiration, surrender, revocation or suspension

Each license as a provider shall remain in full force and effect until it expires or is surrendered, revoked or suspended as provided in this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
