Section 604D.180 - [Effective through 12/31/2029] Commissioner authorized to adopt regulations

The Commissioner may adopt regulations for the administration and enforcement of this chapter, in addition to and not inconsistent with this chapter. Such regulations may include, without limitation, requirements relating to the retention of records by a provider.
