Section 604A.260 - Applicability of provisions of chapter governing enforcement or collection of obligations originated under chapter

All provisions of this chapter governing enforcement or collection of an obligation originated under this chapter apply to:

1. Any purchaser or assignee of the obligation; and

2. Any person seeking to enforce or collect the obligation on behalf of a licensee.
