Section 604A.572 - Prohibited advertisements

A licensee who has been issued a license to operate a deferred deposit loan service pursuant to this chapter shall comply with the provisions of subsection 6 of NRS 604A.5021 prohibiting advertisements that are false, misleading or deceptive with regard to the rates, terms or conditions for deferred deposit loans.
