Section 603A.349 - Operator authorized to remedy first failure to comply with requirements concerning verified request1. An operator who has not previously failed to comply with the provisions of NRS 603A.345 may remedy any failure to comply with the provisions of NRS 603A.345 within 30 days after being informed of such a failure.2.
