Section 598B.150 - Administrative remedies: Investigation and hearing by Division; witnesses1. Upon receipt of such a complaint or upon its own initiative, the Division may: (a) Investigate any matters alleged in the complaint or believed to be a discriminatory practice under the provisions of this chapter or regulations adopted thereunder.(b) Eliminate or correct the cause of the complaint or discriminatory condition by methods of conference or conciliation.(c) Conduct a public hearing and make a decision or order.2.
