Section 598.3984 - Criminal penalty for violations relating to certain government affiliated facilities1. A person who willfully and knowingly violates the provisions of NRS 598.397 to 598.3984, inclusive, relating to the sale of a ticket to an entertainment facility which is operated by a governmental entity or a public-private partnership is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.2.
