Section 598.9801 - Definitions

As used in NRS 598.9801 to 598.9822, inclusive, and sections 1.3 to 3, inclusive, of this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 598.9802 to 598.9808, inclusive, and sections 1.3 and 1.7 of this act have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
