Section 590.142 - Civil penalties: Establishment of schedule by regulation; imposition1. The State Sealer of Measurement Standards shall adopt regulations establishing a schedule of civil penalties for any violation of NRS 590.010 to 590.150, inclusive.2. In addition to any criminal penalty that may be imposed, a person who violates any provision of NRS 590.010 to 590.150, inclusive, is subject to a civil penalty in accordance with the schedule of civil penalties established by the State Sealer of Measurement Standards pursuant to subsection 1.Added to NRS by 2021, 1012; A 2021, 104, effective January 1, 2022Added by 2021, Ch. 217,§4, eff. 5/29/2021.
