Section 574.670 - Duty of veterinarians and governmental entities to post local sterilization requirements1. A licensed veterinarian shall post written notice in a conspicuous place in the veterinarian's office of any sterilization requirements for dogs or cats required by local ordinance.2. A governmental entity with jurisdiction over a public park in which dogs or cats are allowed shall post written notice in a conspicuous place in the park of any sterilization requirements for dogs or cats required by local ordinance.3.
