Section 63.760 - Alleged violator of parole: Written order of Chief of Youth Parole Bureau constitutes warrant for arrest; execution of order1. If there is probable cause to believe that a child has violated parole, the written order of the Chief of the Youth Parole Bureau is a sufficient arrest warrant for any peace officer to take the child into custody, pending return of the child to the juvenile court.2.
