Section 544.050 - Agreements between counties and State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources; term of agreements

Counties in cooperating with the Director in conducting any weather modification program in fulfillment of the purposes of NRS 544.010 to 544.060, inclusive, are authorized to enter into 5-year agreements with the Director.
