Section 539.163 - Petition for recall: Contents; required signatures; filing1. For the purpose of recalling any director of an irrigation district there shall be first filed with the secretary of the irrigation district from which such director was elected a petition signed by qualified electors of such irrigation district equal in number to at least 35 percent of the vote cast at the last preceding election held in and for the district.2.
