Section 538.410 - [Effective until the effective date of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact (NRS 538.600)] General powers and duties The Commission representing the State of Nevada on the joint commission shall have full authority:
1. To carry on negotiations for such compact or agreement.2. To attend meetings of the joint commission whenever convened.3.
