Section 538.360 - [Effective until the effective date of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact (NRS 538.600)] Employees

The Commission may employ such agents, attorneys, engineers and other employees as it deems necessary to carry out the functions of 538.270 to 538.410, inclusive.
