Section 538.330 - [Effective until the effective date of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact (NRS 538.600)] Payment of expenses

The expenses of carrying out the provisions of NRS 538.270 to 538.410, inclusive, must be paid out of an appropriate account of the Division of Water Resources of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in the State General Fund.
