Section 538.300 - [Effective until the effective date of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact (NRS 538.600)] Terms of commissioners1. The tenure of office of the commissioners appointed by the Governor shall be at the pleasure of the Governor, but the terms of the commissioners appointed by the Governor shall not extend beyond 4 years from the date of their several appointments, unless reappointed by the Governor at the end of the term.2.
