Section 533.4373 - Application for environmental permit: Contents; fee In addition to the information required by NRS 533.335, an applicant for an environmental permit shall submit to the State Engineer:
1. A copy of a letter or order issued by the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources requiring the applicant to take steps to protect the environment;2. Any other information which is necessary for a full understanding of the necessity of the appropriation; and3. For examining and filing the application for the environmental permit, $180.
