Section 502.296 - Projects for protection and propagation of upland game birds: Use of money deposited from certain fees1. Before the Department may undertake any project using money deposited pursuant to NRS 502.294, it must analyze the project and provide the Commission with recommendations as to the need for the project and its feasibility.2.
